What does “full coverage insurance” mean, and how do I check mine?

Full coverage means your personal auto policy includes comprehensive and collision — the two coverages that transfer to a rental. Open your insurance app or card and look for both words; it takes about 30 seconds. Liability-only policies don’t qualify.

How does the deposit work, and when is it released?

Every vehicle card above lists its refundable security deposit — it’s a hold, not a purchase. You get the release timeline in writing before you pay anything: deposits are released , following the documented return inspection.

What’s included in miles, and what do extra miles cost?

Every rental includes . Beyond that, each vehicle’s rate is on its card and agreed in writing before you drive: . Planning a longer trip? Mention it on the call and it goes in your quote upfront.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Can I rent under 25, or without full coverage insurance?

Honestly — no. Every vehicle requires a driver 25 or older with transferable full coverage, no exceptions. Renting real cars to qualified drivers is why the experience stays smooth and the cars stay in the condition you see in the photos.

Most drivers can add full coverage with one call to their insurer, often same-day. Once you’re covered, come back — the keys will be waiting.

Is this a confirmed booking?

Not yet — and that’s deliberate. Your request starts a concierge call: we confirm availability, walk through license, insurance, and deposit in writing, and only then reserve your dates. Nothing is charged until you approve the written quote.
